If you receive a damaged product or the wrong roast, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Contact our brewing support team via email or our website portal within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the item.
Quality Review
Our roasting experts will review your claim to verify issues related to packaging integrity, roast profile errors, or transit damage.
Approval & Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the incorrect or damaged items at no additional cost to you.
Resolution
After the returned items reach our facility, we will immediately process a fresh replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
