We roast our coffee in small batches multiple times a week. Your order is typically roasted within 24-48 hours of your purchase to ensure maximum freshness.

Can I choose the grind size for my coffee beans?

Yes, we offer various grind sizes including Whole Bean, French Press, Pour Over, Aeropress, and Espresso. You can select your preferred grind on the product page before adding it to your cart.

What is the typical shipping timeline?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of roasting. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days across India.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans that allow you to receive your favorite beans at regular intervals with a discounted rate. You can pause or cancel anytime through your account.

What is your return policy for coffee products?

Since coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
